Research before investment
Assess catalogue quality, search visibility, pricing, inventory, seasonality and account structure before committing more advertising budget.
An evidence-led selection of account growth stories across profitability, organic visibility, conversion and seasonal performance. Each engagement starts with the commercial problem—not a predetermined tactic.
These examples show different starting points and different solutions. Some required stronger listing and creative fundamentals; others needed a profitability-led PPC structure, better organic contribution or preparation for a high-demand event. Results shown are drawn from the supplied account case-study materials and are not guarantees of future performance.

Align SEO, listing content, creative, conversion and PPC so paid traffic supports a stronger marketplace proposition.
Look beyond a single metric. Use blended ROAS, TACOS, conversion, organic contribution, sales and operational readiness to guide decisions.
The brand came to Stravian in January 2026 with a clear objective: grow sales while building a profitable, sustainable Amazon business. Rather than immediately increasing advertising, the work began with a 360° assessment of the account and its commercial foundations.
A relatively young account needed to grow without relying on higher spend alone. Listing quality, German-market pricing, SEO opportunities, inventory forecasting, seasonality and PPC structure all influenced the account’s ability to scale.
By the reported year-to-date snapshot, the account had generated more than €628K in ordered product sales at 4.8× blended ROAS. The central lesson: advertising is more scalable when listing quality, pricing and inventory are ready to support the demand it creates.
This engagement focused on building a profitable growth engine while maintaining momentum. The account’s 2025 baseline was 2.9× blended ROAS, with campaign-structure, indexing and image-quality gaps identified as part of the opportunity.
The goal was not simply to drive more revenue. Investment needed to be managed against a clear blended ROAS benchmark while improving discoverability and making growth less dependent on advertising.
Blended ROAS increased from a 2.9× 2025 baseline to a 7.3× peak in June 2026, and the case study reports 6.6× for September. The takeaway is to build the research, listing and measurement foundation first, then scale advertising within agreed commercial guardrails.
The brand had a good 2025 foundation and wanted to push growth further. The challenge was balancing organic ranking, conversion, competition and seasonality without letting the cost of growth erode profitability.
Poor rankings, established competitors, low conversion and seasonal demand created a difficult trade-off. A seemingly healthy PPC ACOS could still conceal weak organic contribution and an expensive growth engine.
TACOS fell from 27% in January to 11% in September, with 10–11% maintained from June through September. The source case study also reports the highest profits since Stravian began managing the account. The lesson: a planned investment phase can make sense when the objective and guardrails are clear—and efficiency is measured at account level.
The account did not simply need more PPC. In a highly visual category, the listing experience and creative formats were limiting the brand’s ability to turn discovery into purchases. Stravian widened the brief from campaign optimisation to the full customer journey.
PPC performance was acceptable, but the account lacked headline and video advertising formats. The customer journey needed stronger visual communication, clearer product benefits and content aligned with search intent.
CTR increased from 0.58% to 0.95%, conversion rate rose from 11.3% to 17.7%, and the source case study reports 20% month-on-month sales growth. The lesson: PPC can amplify a strong commercial foundation, but it cannot substitute for a persuasive product page and a coherent customer journey.
Across Stravian-managed accounts, the 6–7 October 2026 event produced a reported average sales uplift of 93% across five categories versus the preceding baseline. Results varied by category, with kitchen leading the portfolio.
The reported category uplifts were +170% for kitchen, +95% for electronics, +80% for health supplements, +72% for home appliances and +48% for clothing. The supplied report also includes Seller Central month-to-date snapshots dated 11 October 2026; those are account-level MTD snapshots, not the source of the category uplift percentages.
Important context: these are reported sales uplifts versus the preceding baseline during a short promotional event. They should not be interpreted as guaranteed, sustained or directly comparable long-term growth rates.
